Shrinking HDB

Petesen asked me howcome muthu told him that flat size is shrinking to adapt to changing household sizes. He told me obviously his household size has increased over the years... his son is fatter than him, he is fatter than his father and his father is fatter than his grandfather. He lucky he is my friend, if not I sure box his face.
