muthu tells us something funny
recently my fren muthu always say wrong things make us angry so today he try to tell us something positive. he says COE price up becos economy is doing well....u confirm thats the reason anot!? all i can say is erm sounds good but somehow i can't find a reason to smile. from the bottom of my heart i want to tell him... whatever you say loh.

when HDB was 15k+, fresh grads earn +-2k = payable in 7.5mths
now HDB cost more than 500k, fresh grads earn 3k (extremely optimistic) = payable in more 13yrs.
Our island is no longer our little paradise. Happy for those who are already out of the system.
